: Le Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) is the international body responsible for supervising and regulating the calendar, the campaign for nominations, selection and organization of the Universal and International Expositions. The BIE is an inter-governmental organization which was set up in Paris in 1928 under the Convention of the International Expositions, which provides the definition and objectives of the Expo, as well as international standards for organization and participation. Dossier of Registration
: the document that was delivered to the BIE
(Bureau International des Expositions) on April 22, 2010, representing the required formalization for becoming permanently assigned as host city of the Expo: it serves to document and confirm all commitments made during the application for the event. The Expo Milano 2015 Dossier of Registration
