Ticket printing instructions and advice

Verify that the ticket has correct information with respect to your purchase (for example: Adult, May 10, 2015 for a fixed date ticket on that date.
2.  Check that the ticket image has a clear QR code image.  We recommend that you  make a visual comparison of your printed ticket on your computer screen.  Ensure that the QR code (square with checker-board style marks) is well defined and not overly fuzzy, pale or grainy.  This is an important step to expedite ticket validation at the Exposition entry point.
3.  Don’t re-size the ticket before printing  (as it may render the QR code illegible).
4.  Print each ticket on a single page of A4 paper (or A11 in the USA), taking care that printing is single side only.
5.  Use a photo print quality setting with a minimum of 300 dpi.  We advise you not to print in draft quality.
6.  Ensure that you fold each ticket separately only on the indicated fold-lines and not across the QR code image, leaving the QR code entirely visible on the outside of the ticket.
7.  Do not cut or rip the ticket.
8.  Do not cancel anything printed.
9.  Do not write anything on the ticket that covers or cancels the printed data or the QR code.
10.  On the day of your Expo visit, ensure each visitor approaches the entry turnstile with their correct ticket in hand (for example ‘Family Adult’ and ‘Family Child’ tickets held accordingly).

Top ↑

I have problems printing my tickets, how can I solve them?

1.  Disable any installed toolbars (google, yahoo or others) and/or disable pop-up blocking against Expo2015.org before starting;

3.  Close all non Expo active windows and enter the login and password you received when you registered on Expo2015.org;
4.  Please check that the printer is on and properly linked up to the computer and that an A4 sheet of paper is inserted;
5.  If you did not print your tickets after originally having placed the order and you are printing them later, you have simply to connect to the www.expo2015.org website and log in the "MyExpo" Area, where you will be able to access your Order History and download the ticket.
6.  Wait for the ticket to display.  The waiting time may vary according to web connection speed you have and the performance of your PC;
7. If you have printing output problems whereby the page jams, you accidently print on both sides of the paper or the ticket or QR code is not readable, be absolutely certain to tear up any originals before reprinting.
In the case you still experience problems, we advise you to try again using another browser before contacting Expo customer service.
