HOW DO I GET TO THE EXHIBITION SITE?

The Expo Milano 2015 Exposition Site is located just north-west of Milan, affording easy access to the city’s three airports, as well as to the main public transportation lines, for international, regional, and local travelers alike.

HOW CAN I RESERVE PARKING?

Once you’ve purchased your ticket, simply go to the ARRIVA Expo parking booking site: https://parkexpo2015.arriva.it/expo/index.php?lang=en

HOW DO I GET AROUND THE EXHIBITION SITE?

The Site is completely pedestrianized. It is not possible to enter the Site with vehicles of any type. A complimentary shuttle bus service with disabled access will be available to visitors on the inner perimeter road.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE EXHIBITION SITE WITH SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, OR ROLLERBLADES?

No, the site is for pedestrians only.

ARE BABY STROLLERS/PUSHCHAIRS ALLOWED WITHIN THE SITE?

Yes, they are allowed. There will also be a free stroller/pushchair rental service located at the West Triulza entrance (on the left-hand side just before the security turnstiles, at the CHICCO office).

CAN I BRING FOOD INTO THE EXHIBITION SITE?

You are allowed to enter the site with a packed lunch. There are picnic areas and water fountains within the exhibition site.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP AN ID BRACELET FOR MY CHILD?

Before the security area, Expo personnel wearing yellow vests distribute the free children’s identification bracelets containing the name, a mobile phone contact number as well as other useful information in case your child gets lost.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP A MAP OF THE EXHIBITION SITE?

Exhibition Site maps (available in Italian, English and French) are distributed free of charge at the Info Points found at the various entrances and around the exhibition site.

WHERE CAN I RENT A TABLET?

You can rent a tablet at: www.tim2go.tim.it or by going directly to the TIM2go point within the exhibition site: from service area A and in the TIM area.

WHERE CAN I RENT A MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR?

WHERE CAN I PARK MY BICYCLE?

At the bicycle parking area, which is unguarded, there is room for around 500 bikes. The parking area is located before the security area at the Merlata entrance. There is also a BikeMi bike-sharing station located near the bicycle parking area with room for around 210 bikes (https://www.bikemi.com).

HOW CAN I FIND MY WAY AROUND THE EXHIBITION SITE?

The official Visitor App for Android/iOS smartphones and tablets, and the digital information points (Totems), make it easy to find your way around and get useful information on events, places to visit and Expo offerings. A tablet rental service will also available.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT TO THE WI-FI NETWORK WITHIN THE EXHIBITION SITE?

A free Wi-Fi connection is available to visitors within the Exhibition Site.

ARE THERE BABY FEEDING AND CHANGING FACILITIES?

Yes, baby feeding and changing facilities are provided at all service areas and in restrooms within the food and drink areas of Eataly, Tracce, Chiccotosto, Viavai, Let's toast, and Aroma.

WHERE ARE THE RESTROOMS?

Restrooms are provided in each of the Service Areas (shown in yellow on the map) found along the Decumano, all accessible to people with disabilities.

ARE THE RESTAURANTS EQUIPPED WITH HIGH CHAIRS AND BOTTLE WARMERS?

The restaurants within the site, Eataly, Tracce, Chiccotosto, Viavai, Let's toast, Aroma are equipped with high chairs, booster seats, and bottle warmers

ARE GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON THE EXHIBITION SITE?

Yes, they are. The Italian Celiac Association (AIC) has provided some information on gluten-free products for celiacs, here:

Yes, in the Partner Pavilion NE4 there is a Trenitalia ticket sales area and in the Alitalia/Etihad Pavilion you can buy airline tickets and travel packages.

WHERE CAN I WITHDRAW CASH?

-On the exhibition site and at the ticket offices are 22 ATMs from which you can withdraw cash with cards issued by the major international circuits (e.g.: Bancomat, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover, and China Union Pay).
-At the two branches of Banca Intesa San Paolo, an Expo Partner, you can also get advice on key financial services and carry out transactions.

WHAT NUMBER SHOULD I CALL IN AN EMERGENCY?

In case of emergency, inform the Expo personnel on the site (easily recognizable by their uniforms featuring the Expo logo) or call 112 (single European emergency number).
