Season Pass Expo Milano 2015

The Season Pass is a nominal, non-transferable subscription which grants the holder unlimited admission to the site from the date of activation until October 31, 2015.
The price of the Season Pass also includes a ticket for the exhibition Arts & Foods - Rituali dal 1851 at the Triennale di Milano (Viale Alemagna 6, Milan), until 1 November 2015.

Pass holders have their own entrance gate.
 
To purchase and immediately pick-up your Season Pass, you can go to the ticket offices on the Expo site on the day of your first visit. Alternatively it can be picked-up at Expo Gate (Piazza Cairoli, Milan). Accepted forms of payment are cash, debit card and credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
 
Alternatively, you can also purchase your Season Pass online.
Once you have placed your order by mail to booking@expo2015.org and paid for your Season Pass, you can pick it up on the on-site ticket offices, which are clearly signposted, located at the  Ovest Triulza (RFI station Rho Expo), Ovest Fiorenza (Metro M1 Rho-fiera), Est Roserio and Sud Merlata gates. The ticket offices can be reached by subway, train, taxi and car (for more information about parking please visit: http://www.expo2015.org/it/servizi-al-visitatore).
 
To proceed in purchasing your Season Pass, follow these instructions:
> Write an email to booking@expo2015.org providing the following mandatory information:
  • Email subject line: SEASON PASS REQUEST
  • First name of each pass holder
  • Last name of each pass holder
  • Date of birth of each pass holder
  • Telephone number so that you can be contacted by one of our operators
  • Photocopy of ID document for pass holders who are entitled to reductions (seniors over 65, children aged 4 to 13, students aged 25 or under). Students must send proof of their student status, for example University matriculation Card, IoStudio card or copy of your student registration forms).
> Pass holders with disabilities can purchase their passes by writing to disability-tickets@expo2015.org. The following information must be provided:
  • Invalidity certificate (Civilian Invalid /Blind person/Deaf person/Work Invalid/Severely Disabled or Service Invalid (certificates issued by the Ministry of the Treasury or the Ministry of Economy), or;
  • War invalid card, or;
  • Disabled Driver Parking Permit with photo ID.
> Foreign visitors with disabilities should present:
  • a document that proves their status of invalidity, or;
  • Disabled Driver Parking Permit with photo ID.
Once you have sent the email with the requested information, our operators will contact you as soon as possible to finalize your purchase
When you are contacted by one of our operators, you will be asked to provide your credit card details to complete the transaction.
After completing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email and an order number.
You can save time by going to the Expo on-site ticket office to pick-up your Season Pass with your confirmation email and the order number.

If you have already purchased a ticket of any kind from any authorised channel, whether this is a day pass, evening ticket, 2-day or 3-day pass, at the full price or under concession (as long as it is not a free ticket), and after your visit you want to come back and visit us again, you can buy the Season Pass at the special price of € 60! Simply present your used ticket at the ticket office on the Exhibition Site before 9 pm on the day of your visit.
