Puglia - THE LAND - Territories, food and well-being

Expo e territori scheda Puglia

The underlying theme of the proposal is the relationship between the land, agriculture and the surrounding urban and rural environment: difference faces of the same cultural and social heritage, the heart of a modern sustainable tourism in search of authenticity and quality of life, food and territory. The territories of the Valle d'Itria, from the coast to the hills, offer insights on the sustainable and innovative use of the planet's resources, with particular emphasis on food as an expression of the historical heritage of the rural communities and a product of the shaping of the agricultural landscape.
