Expo Milano 2015 offers families a number of services to ensure that everyone’s visit to the exposition is as convenient and enjoyable as possible.
In the areas before the entrance gates to the Expo Site, the staff will be on hand to offer all children under the age of 13 a complimentary ID bracelet bearing their first and last names, and a contact phone number. Distribution is carried out by the staff (in yellow vests) before the security gates. It is recommended that all children take advantage of this service.
Expo Milano 2015 aims to offer visitors with small children the best welcome possible while they visit the show, thanks to the support of Chicco, the Expo’s Official Sponsor for Children's Hospitality.
In the Chicco-sponsored “Welcome Area”, adjacent to the Triulza Ovest entrance, courtesy strollers are available, so parents can move around freely without having to bring their stroller from home. Small children will be able to rest when they're tired of walking, and won't have to forgo their nap.
Reservations are to be made via the Chicco App. A refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card.
Families with children up to the age of three will be supplied with a Welcome Kit showing all the places offering children’s menus, as well as all the family-friendly service areas. Also in the pack will be wipes, and other useful products.
Featuring Chicco products, the Nursery areas provide everything necessary for feeding and diaper-changing. These can be found in the Service Areas and in the rest-room areas of the Eataly outlets around the site.
Meanwhile, baby-friendly areas, fitted out with high chairs, and bottle- and baby-food warmers will be avalable at Eataly, Tracce, Chiccotosto, Viavai, Let’s Toast, and Aroma.
