How to obtain reduced-rate tickets
Persons with disabilities are eligible for reduced-rate tickets to Expo Milano 2015, upon presentation of the relevant documentation. Where this person needs someone else to accompany them at all times, a complimentary ticket will be isssued, again upon presentation of the appropriate documentation. Tickets to Expo Milano 2015 may only be purchased in person, since appropriate documentation certifying disability must be provided. Tickets may be purchased at Expo Gate (Piazzale Cairoli, downtown Milan), at some Authorised Resellers, and at the Expo on-site ticket office. Tickets may also be requested in writing from: firstname.lastname@example.org

The request will be dealt with within 5 working days by an operator who, once the documents certifying the disability have been checked, will be able to offer reduced-price tickets for the person with the disability. To make a purchase, you must communicate by telephone or email your credit card details. Once the credit card transaction has been completed, tickets will be emailed to the relevant person.
A Season Pass is also available at a reduced price, allowing an unlimited number of visits from the activation date up to October 31, 2015. The Season Pass can be purchased at Gate Expo (Piazzale Cairoli, downtown Milan), at the dedicated ticket office on the Expo Site, or by credit card by writing to: email@example.com
. After making the payment, simply collect your Season Pass at the ticket office at the Expo exhibition site, submitting the order confirmation.
