If you have not found answers to your questions in the general FAQ or in the ticketing FAQ, call the Contact Center during their open hours and speak directly with one of the operators. The Contact Center is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00. Starting on May 1, the hours will be extended to 23:00. Charges for the call apply according to landline rates. The cost of the call depends on the service provider used.
